Reclaim Your Power Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Reclaim Your Power!

By purchasing a 12-month subscription to the Reclaim Your Power Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions for the PIF &/or Pay Monthly subscription. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Membership Overview

Reclaim Your Power is a self-love and empowerment membership that provides access to exclusive content, masterclasses, meditations, self-love resources, and a supportive community.Your 12-month subscription grants you full access to all included materials and resources for the duration of your membership.

2. 12 Month Monthly Subscription & Payment

The 12-month membership fee is payable in full at the time of purchase.The total cost is [Insert Price], which amounts to less than £1 per day.All payments are non-refundable, and there are no partial refunds for unused time.You may also have the option to pay in installments (if offered). If you choose an installment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as agreed.Failure to complete payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access.

3. Membership Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the membership portal.Your subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. At the end of your term, your membership will auto-renew unless you manually cancel your subscription. You can contact info@ empoweredwomanassociation.com to cancel after 12 months and your membership will be terminated upon request.

Content within the membership is subject to change, updates, and additions at the discretion of Sara Prescott.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant access to digital resources and exclusive content, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

To maintain a supportive and safe environment, all members agree to:

Engage respectfully with the communityKeep all content and discussions confidentialNot share, reproduce, or distribute any membership materials outside the communityAvoid harmful, offensive, or inappropriate behavior

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the membership without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Reclaim Your Power, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, meditations, and course materials, is protected by copyright.You may not copy, share, or redistribute any materials without written permission.Membership content is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

This membership is intended for educational and empowerment purposes only.It does not replace professional therapy, medical advice, or counseling.By participating, you acknowledge that Sara Prescott or the Empowered Woman Association is not liable for any personal outcomes, decisions, or results stemming from the use of membership content.

8. Membership Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to the membership if a member violates these terms.No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.
